The Navajo Room has a rail-yard view and assigned hallway bathroom. It was furnished and decorated by the Privett Family, in memory of George W. Privett-Slaton Railway Conductor 1942-1976. The furnishings were originally owned by the Garland Family and Eblen Family. This room was Slaton Harvey Girl Rose Farschon's room.

The Hopi Room has a rail-yard view and assigned hallway bath. It was furnished and decorated by The Pember Family in memory of Slaton Pioneers, Merritt and Lillian Pember and Bruce and Maurine Pember.

The Zuni Room sleeps three with a double and twin size bed. Two dressing areas, a small refrigerator, and a large handicap equipped bathroom makes it a nice family room. It also has a rail-yard view. It was furnished and decorated by The Athenian Study Club and the O.D. McClintock Family.

The Apache Room has a queen sleigh bed and an extra large handicap accessible bath. It has a rail yard and downtown Slaton view. It was furnished and decorated by The Consignment Gallery of Lubbock.
$125 per night + 7% tax. Cash or check only.

We do have accommodations for
additional beds for children upon request.
Slaton Harvey House
guests are treated to a full hot breakfast by gracious hosts who can inform you
about the history of Slaton, the Santa Fe Railroad, and places of interest to
visit throughout the region.
Guests also have access
to a comfortable upstairs sitting room, and are welcome to browse the downstairs
museum or enjoy the cool afternoons under a covered patio just forty feet from
the active train yard.
Our B&B is
historically appointed and is suitable for all travelers, including those who
need wheelchair accessibility.
It should be noted that
we do not have televisions or phones in the rooms, nor do we have wireless
internet access in the building. Those
who utilize telecommunications through their cell phones & PDA’s will find
suitable access while enjoying their stay at the Slaton Harvey House. We do have a television in the upstairs
sitting room, with access to local network stations and VCR to view videos of
Harvey House history. Small pets are allowed, as long as they are crated.
The Slaton Harvey House
offers a unique railroad history experience and is only 30 minutes away from
Lubbock, Texas.
